Material: carbon steel wire.
Processing: steel rod coil – wire drawing – wire annealing – rust removing – acid washing – boiling – drying – zinc feeding – wire coiling.
Wire diameter: 6–24 gauge (0.55–5 mm).
Tensile strength: 350–550 N/mm2.
Elongation: 8% – 15%.
Function: to form coil wire, spool wire or processed into cut wire or U type wire.
Type: common use wire, light galvanized soft wire, heavily galvanized soft wire, extra-heavily galvanized soft wire and high carbon wire.
Hot dipped galvanized wire belongs to the primary wire products of galvanization. The common sizes of hot dipped galvanized are from 8 gauge to 16 gauge, we also accept smaller or bigger diameter for customers’ choices. Material: low carbon steel wire.
Common diameter: 8 gauge to 16 gauge.
Processing: steel rod coil – wire drawing – annealing – rust removing – acid washing – zinc plating – wire coiling.
Common zinc coating: 30–60 g/m2. Also accept other sizes.
Heavy zinc coating: ≥100 g/m2, max. 300 g/m2.
Tensile strength: 500–800 MPa.
