Wire diameter: 6–24 gauge (0.55–5 mm).
Tensile strength: 350–550 N/mm2.
Elongation: 8% – 15%.
Function: to form coil wire, spool wire or processed into cut wire or U type wire.
Type: common use wire, light galvanized soft wire, heavily galvanized soft wire, extra-heavily galvanized soft wire and high carbon wire.
Hot dipped galvanized wire belongs to the primary wire products of galvanization. Heavy zinc coating: ≥100 g/m2, max. 300 g/m2.
Tensile strength: 500–800 MPa.
