The welded wire mesh can be divided into two types, welded wire mesh rolls, and welded wire mesh sheets.
Within different finish types, it can be also divided into three types, electric galvanized welded wire mesh, hot dipped galvanized welded wire mesh, and PVC coated welded wire mesh.
Besides, against different processing methods, there are electric galvanized before welding, hot dipped galvanized before welding, hot dipped galvanized after welding, and PVC coated after welding.
Electrical galvanized welded wire mesh has 15g/m2 zinc coating in common. It was used in industrial, building, travel, mine etc.
Hot dipped galvanized welded mesh has thicker zinc. The zinc coating is usually 60g/m2, 120g/m2, and 240g/m2. And the quality is better than electrical galvanized welded wire mesh. It usually used in external wall thermal insulation system, concrete pourin, poultry farm, oil, chemical, machines and exports etc.
PVC welded wire mesh is welded by black wire, galvanized wire and hot deep galvanized wire. The surface of mesh need sulfur treatment. Then painting PVC powder on the mesh. The characters of this kind mesh are strong adhesion, corrosion protection，acid and alkaline resistance, aging resistance, non-fading, UV resistance, smooth surface and bright.
Welded Mesh Panels are widely used in construction reinforcement, the ground for the tunnels, bridges, highway, airport and wharf, also in construction of wall body.
